Arne Hurlen
Arne Hurlen, a prominent Norwegian artist, has left his mark on the music scene for nearly three decades with his iconic band, Postgirobygget.
With thousands of concerts, over 700,000 albums sold, and countless streams, Hurlen's music has become an integral part of Norwegian cultural heritage. His songs, such as "Bohemen leve" and "Idyll," have the ability to instantly evoke recognition and a feel-good atmosphere among listeners.
In the 1990s, Arne Hurlen co-founded Postgirobygget alongside Nils Petter Time, Gunnar Westgaard, Erik Widding, and Øyvind Kolset, while they were students at NTNU in Trondheim. The band's debut album, "Melis," released in 1996, featured several hits like "Bohemen leve," "Sløv uten dop," "En solskinnsdag," and "Idyll," which have left a deep imprint on Norwegian music history.
In 2021, Hurlen participated in season 11 of TV2's program series "Hver gang vi møtes."
