Melis

Since her participation in "X-Factor," Melis has had a versatile career. She has had roles as both a singer and actress in animated films and has served as a backing vocalist for the renowned artist Gabrielle.

In 2019, Melis ventured into her own solo project under the artist name Melis. Here, she finally had the opportunity to explore and share her own produced music. Melis' music is characterized by powerful vocals, blending elements from the 80s synth sound with R&B references she grew up with in the 90s.

Her debut album, "I Still Write Songs About You," released in 2022, marked a significant milestone in her career. The album was well-received and opened doors for exciting collaborations, including with the world-renowned production duo Stargate.

Recently, Melis has been seen on television screens in the NRK program "Stjernekamp," where she has impressed audiences with her versatile voice and stage presence.
