Sverre Stenersen
Sverre-André Nordli Stenersen, also known as the frontman, vocalist, and guitarist in bands such as Diversion Blue and Dunderland, debuted as a solo artist with the album "The Gemini" in 2022.
Songwriter, vocalist, and guitarist Sverre-André Nordli Stenersen made his recording debut in 1999 and has released numerous albums since then. He has fronted several bands and toured extensively throughout Norway, as well as performing at several concerts abroad. For over 20 years, Sverre has carved his own path as an indie artist, showcasing a wide range of self-composed songs across various genres.
As the frontman of the band Dunderland, Sverre has made a name for himself with his insistent guitar playing and a profound presence in the emotional delivery of music. Now, the Tønsberg-based northerner has traded his electric guitar for an acoustic one, creating a stripped-down sound where the lyrics and his voice are more in focus than before. In other words, he is firmly rooted in the singer-songwriter genre as he now tours with his new album.
