Festival Director Ove Andheim invites you to an intimate and very special concert at his home, featuring one of Norway’s most distinctive jazz musicians, Steinar Raknes.Raknes is both a virtuosic bassist and a vocalist with rare depth – and this morning, he’ll be sharing his music with you in Ove’s living room.

There are only 50 tickets available, and breakfast is included.

After the concert, between 10 and 11 AM, several artists will open their studios at Fossekleiva Art Center – offering festival discounts and insight into their creative processes.And if you’ve never been here before, Fossekleiva is a beautiful place – a former textile factory built in 1889, now filled with art, stories, and creative spirit.

A free bus departs from Sande Torg at 08:30 and returns at 11:15 – just in time for the Town Square Concert.
