The brilliant musician and composer Hans Mathisen invites his friend Bendik Hofseth on stage in Sandefjord.

With his enormous network within both the national and international jazz environment, Mathisen will invite various stage companions to performances and concerts in Sandefjord. Bendik Hofseth is the first artist out. Mathisen chooses from the top of the line and selects musicians who he believes possess a completely unique sound. Bendik Hofseth is such a musician, who hardly needs further description.

From the stage in Sandefjord, we can expect sky-high quality in what we hear. Mathisen puts like this: "We have no idea what it will be, but we know you will be happy to hear it. Jazz is about having an internal dialogue between the musicians. We invite the public to listen to this dialogue".

Mathisen and Hofseth bring along pianist Helge Lien and percussionist Sidiki Camara from Mali to Sandefjord. Together, the quartet will present pure jazz magic with touches of "World Music".
