The walk starts in Stavern from 08:30 at the main gate to Fredriksvern Verft. Follow the path straight to Corntin, where the blue-marked coastal trail begins. The route is about 12 km to Anvik Gård and is suitable for most people. The terrain is varied, so good shoes are recommended. There is no timing or race bib – this is a relaxed hike with opportunities for swimming, photos, and packed lunches. You can also join the trail at alternative points with marked parking areas.
