Åge Aleksandersen & Sambandet is a legendary Norwegian rock group formed in 1976 in Trondheim by the well-known artist Åge Aleksandersen.
Åge Aleksandersen is a Norwegian singer, songwriter, and guitarist, recognized as one of Norway's most famous and influential musicians, playing a central role in Norwegian music since the 1970s.
Sambandet was officially introduced on Åge Aleksandersen's second solo album, "Mot i brystet, mord i blikket, Bomben und Granaten," released in 1976. This release marked the beginning of a fruitful collaboration between Åge and Sambandet, resulting in a series of successful albums.
Together, they are known for hits such as "Levva Livet," "Rio de Janeiro," and "Fire Pils og en Pizza." They have had a significant impact on Norwegian music and are considered one of the most successful Norwegian rock groups of all time.
