In 2021, the prominent left-wing politician Abid Raja published the autobiography "My guild". The book became the best-selling book in Norway and was awarded Bokhandlerprisen the same year.

My fault tells a very strong and unique life story, which gives us a very special insight into a turbulent journey to rise above the social classes. With a background from a culture and a set of values in big contrast to the great society he grew up in, Raja has worked his way up to who he is today. He also tells of a long-standing struggle for love and the painful liberation from shame, guilt and exclusion.
